Stake with mineral

intro

Very tasty and juicy cake, fragrant, chocolatey, its special juiciness is given by mineral (acidic, Raden) water, which gives the cake an airy consistency.

And at the very end, a decoration made of roasted chopped hazelnuts…


Ingredients


NEEDED
5 large eggs
300 g of sugar
1 sickle vanillin
1 pinch of salt
150 g of ground hazelnuts
30 g of bitter cocoa
75 g. kakaa(za piti,nesquik,kaba,krasekspres…)
200 grams of flour
1 baking powder
180 ml. oil
180 ml. mineral waters (carbonated/sparkling)
GLAZE
100 g. chocolates (milk or dark for cooking)
15 g. margarine
50 g. roasted chopped hazelnuts.

Preparation

1.Heat the oven to 175 °C.

Grease a long narrow bread pan (size 30 cm, volume about 2 1/2 l) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs).

2.Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer for about 8 minutes.
