SPARTAK DICE: One of the most popular cakes

Ingredients

Crisp cover:

– 1 egg
– 3 spoons of honey
– 150 g of sugar
– 2 spoons of milk
– 1 spoon of baking soda
– 50 g of butter or margarine
– 2 spoons of cocoa
– about 350 g of flour

Phil:

– 5 dcl of milk
– 3 eggs
– 3 spoons of flour
– 2 spoons of thickening
– 120 g of sugar
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 200 g of butter or margarine

Preparation

Cover:

Mix all ingredients except cocoa and flour by hand in a saucepan with a thick bottom and bring to a boil at a moderate temperature. Continue to cook on low heat for several minutes, stirring constantly by hand. The mixture will increase in volume and become foamy.

Remove from heat, add cocoa and mix, then add flour. Take the wires for the dough and beat the mixture. Shape into a roll and cut into 4 equal parts. Leave the dough to cool. This crust should be thinly separated and baked for a few minutes on the back of the pan.

I do this by rolling out the dough directly on the baking tray, dusting with flour and simply rolling out the dough. The dimensions are 20Γ—30 cm. Bake at 180 degrees for about 7 minutes.

Immediately when the crust is removed, if there is excess dough, cut it off a little on the side, use a long knife to gently separate the crust from the baking sheet and let it slide on the table. As soon as it cools down a bit, it will become crumbly. Remove the rest of the crumbs, which are few on the baking sheet, sprinkle with flour again and do the same procedure for the next crust.
