Spanish lemon madeleines

for 12 madeleines (in 1 muffin mold):

200 gr. raw cane sugar
4 eggs
250 gr. wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
zest and juice of a lemon (= 4 tbsp)
200 gr. sunflower oil
powdered sugar for top
