Soft orange and vanilla cake

Butter and flour a cake mold with a diameter of 22 to 24 cm.

In the bowl of a food processor, whisk the whole eggs with the granulated sugar, vanilla and orange zest until the mixture is light and fluffy. Still whisking, pour in the oil and the previously squeezed orange juice.

Continue to whisk everything until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Then, finally add the flour, starch and yeast mixed and sifted together. Gently mix everything until smooth. Pour it into the mold.

Bake the cake in a static oven preheated to 175° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test before removing the cake from the oven.

Let it cool and place it on a serving dish. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
