Ingredients
– 200 g of ground walnuts
– 200 g of sugar
– 200 g of cooking chocolate
– 6 eggs
– 6 spoons of breadcrumbs
Dressing
– 70 g of butter
– 70 g of sugar
– 70 g of cooking chocolate
Way of preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip them into stiff peaks. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add breadcrumbs, nuts and melted chocolate.
