Simple and delicious cake, without cooking!

Ingredients:

For the base:

  • 300 grams of vanilla biscuits
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa (unsweetened)

For the Cream:

  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 7 tablespoons of sugar
  • 8 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 200 grams of butter

Furniture:

  • 200 ml of whipped cream
  • Crushed dry biscuits

Preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, heat 250 ml of milk and add the spoonful of cocoa, stirring until it boils. Next, place the film in a 25 cm mold.
  2. Soak the sponge cake biscuits in the cocoa milk and arrange them on the base of the mold and on the sides, creating a solid base for your cake.
  3. Creating the Cream:  In another saucepan, combine the 500 ml of milk, the 2 eggs, the 7 tablespoons of sugar and the vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence). Mix and add the 5 tablespoons of flour, making sure everything is well integrated.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream has thickened and reached a silky consistency. Add the white chocolate and butter, mixing until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
