Raspberry curd ice cream with chocolate shavings

Pamper your taste buds with a delicious combination of fresh raspberries and creamy quark. Easy to prepare and perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

100 ml milk
200 ml cream
200g raspberries​
2 tsp lime juice
1 P vanilla sugar
50g powdered sugar
2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Sort the raspberries, wash them and let them drain.
200g raspberries
Squeeze the lime.
2 tsp lime juice

Put all the ingredients except the chocolate shavings in a stand mixer and mix until fine. Alternatively, put all the ingredients in a slim container and mix with a hand mixer.
