Raspberry Cheese Crumble Buns

Let’s start with the yeast mixture: Mix yeast with sugar and milk, add a tablespoon of flour, cover, and wait until it froths up – you’ll see a fluffy top!
Combine flour with egg, oil, and the risen yeast mixture.
Knead the dough, adding 2 tablespoons of flour if it’s too sticky.
Leave it covered until it doubles in size.
Divide the risen dough into about 12 balls.
Make a well in each bun (use the bottom of a glass) and fill with cheese mixture and raspberries.
Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with crumble, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes.
Once cooled, drizzle with icing (mine is powdered sugar and milk).
