RAFFAELLO CAKE IN 30 MINUTES

Ingredients:

– 9 egg whites
– 15 tablespoons of sugar
– 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
– 30 dkg of coconut + a little to sprinkle for decoration
– 1.5 liters of milk + approx. 3 dcl to soak the crusts
– 20 dkg of thickening
– 25 dkg of margarine or butter
– 10 dkg of sugar for cream

Preparation

Biscuit:

Make snow from 3 egg whites, add 5 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of crumbs and 10 dkg of coconut. Bake in a heated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes (check with a toothpick). Soak the finished biscuit with approx. 1 dcl of cold milk. Bake 3 biscuits (9 egg whites in total, 9 egg yolks remain). For a round mold with a diameter of approx. 26 cm.
