Quick cheesecake muffins

Ingredients

750 g low-fat quark

150g sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar

1 lemon(s), untreated, juice and zest

1 pack pudding powder (bourbon vanilla pudding powder)

4 egg(s), size M

n.e. raisins

Powdered sugar, for dusting

preparation

First preheat the oven to 160°C and place the paper cases in the recesses of the muffin tin.
