INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°C. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, flour and vanilla extract and mix well. Stir in eggs one at a time.
Carefully fold in the blueberries and pour the mixture over the crumb base in the springform pan.
