Quark cake without eggs and without baking!

Ingredients

130 g butter, liquid
150 g butter biscuits
500 g quark
125 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
3 tablespoons sour cream/sour cream
1 pack vanilla sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 teaspoons ground gelatin
150 ml milk
1 pack cake icing
2 medium-sized peaches

preparation

Put the butter biscuits in a freezer bag (see tip) and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Mix with butter, spread on the prepared base of the mold, press well by hand and place in the refrigerator
Mix butter and powdered sugar well and add sour cream and vanilla sugar. When the mixture is creamy, stir in the juice of 1 lemon and finally the grated peel of 1 lemon. Stir well and mix with quark.
Soak 3 teaspoons of gelatine according to the package instructions and mix with 150 ml of hot milk. Then add to the curd cream, stir and pour into the mold.
