4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
One 20-ounce can pineapple rings
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
