Ingredients:
2 egg(s)
85 g sugar
85 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
sugar 3 cups of cream
3 pts. Cream stiffener
1 can/s peach(s)
250 ml passion fruit juice
4 pts. Sauce powder, vanilla (without cooking)
2 pts. Cream stiff
Preparation:
1. For the dough: First, stir the eggs and sugar until fluffy, then carefully stir in the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour the dough into a springform pan with grease on the bottom and bake at 185 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin.
2. For the filling: Beat 3 cups of sweet cream with 3 packets of cream stiffener until stiff, then cut the peaches into small pieces and mix them into the cream. Now spread this mixture onto the sponge cake base (leave it in the springform pan).
