When the dough has risen, shake it out on a floured surface and add candied lemon and orange zest, raisins and currants. Move everything together and put it in a baking mold with a diameter of 20 cm. Place in a preheated oven at 190˚C for about 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Then leave to cool in the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
