Ingredients
for 10 pieces
4 eggs
150 g milk
70 g low-fat quark
100 g starch
1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon
cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
neutral oil for baking
Preparation
Simply mix all the ingredients with a whisk into a lump-free and homogeneous mass. Then let it soak for about 15 minutes.
Then heat some oil in a pan, pour in a ladle of the dough and spread it evenly.
Now bake over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until the pancake can be removed from the edge and bottom, then turn it over and bake for another 1-2 minutes.
