Pancakes are simply delicious, the best recipe ever

Ingredients:

35 g flour
2 g baking powder
Some oil and water for baking in the pan
2 eggs
25 g milk
25 g sugar

Preparation:

1. First separate the eggs and put the yolks and whites in two different bowls. Then put the egg whites in the freezer for 15 minutes to get a much better result later.

2. Beat the egg yolks until foamy, mix the flour and baking powder, sift into the egg yolks, add the milk and stir in.

3. Then take the egg whites out of the freezer and beat them with a hand mixer until stiff, slowly adding the sugar.
Very important when it comes to egg whites: the mixing bowl and mixing sticks must be absolutely free of fat in order to get a good result.

4. Add the stiff egg white to the egg-flour mix and fold in by hand, do not stir too much!
Please note when baking: Add oil to the pan and then spread it in the pan with a pastry brush and remove any visible excess with a kitchen towel. Use medium heat.
