Ingredients
1 9 inch Pie crust, baked original recipe uses a baked pastry pie crust-homemade or store-bought frozen or refrigerated, but you could use a no-bake Oreo crust or a graham cracker crust as another option.
¾ cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 package 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
4 cups fresh strawberries quartered or sliced
Whipped cream or ice cream optional
