Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
50 g walnuts, ground
200 g sour cream or sour cream
Powdered sugar to taste
preparation
Beat the egg white until stiff and add the sugar and vanilla sugar step by step. If you have a shiny, stiff egg white, add the beaten egg yolks. Finally, just fold in the ground nuts.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread a thin layer of dough on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
