For the ground:
2 cups cookie crumbs
113 g (1/2 cup) butter, melted
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
For the filling:
2 packages (16 oz total) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream or labneh
1 cup heavy cream
Purple, pink and teal food coloring
Edible glitter for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the base:
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter, powdered sugar and salt.
Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.
Freeze until firm.
