No-Bake Unicorn Cheesecake Recipe

Directions:

Prepare the filling:

Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, lemon zest and juice, vanilla and salt until smooth. Stir in the
sour cream.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Divide the filling into portions and color each portion with a different food coloring.

Assemble the cheesecake:

Layer the colored fillings into the dough using a knife.
Refrigerate overnight so that it sets.
