Muffins with apricots and lemons

4. Now pour this 2/3 full into the prepared muffin tin. Now put a quartered apricot half on each muffin.
Press these lightly into the dough and place the tray in the preheated oven. Bake for about 20 minutes until they are golden in color.

5. Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack.
