Ingredients:
1 large egg(s)
230 ml milk
1 lemon(s), the zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can of apricot(s)
300 g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
115 g butter, soft
200 g sugar
Preparation:
1. The Preheat the oven to 200° degrees, grease a muffin tin or line it with paper cases.
2. Drain the apricots in a sieve.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Mix the soft butter with the sugar,
add the egg, milk, lemon zest and vanilla extract and stir until everything is mixed together.
Now add the flour mixture and stir until a smooth dough is formed.
