Mole cake from the tray

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and stir to form a smooth dough.
Line a 38×25 cm baking tray with baking paper. Place the dough on it and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat. Then allow to cool.

Hollow out the cooled, baked dough to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, leaving a 1 cm wide edge. Cover the cake with bananas cut in half lengthways, spread with the cream (see point 4) and sprinkle with the hollowed out dough crumbs. Leave to set in the fridge overnight.

Boil the milk, pudding powder and sugar to make a pudding and then allow to cool. Stir the cold pudding, pour in the cream, add the cream stiffener and stir everything into a thick cream.

Coarsely grate the dark chocolate and mix it into the well-stirred cream.
