Mocha cake

Ingredients

10 eggs
300 g sugar
150 ml oil
200 g flour
60 g cornstarch
40 g cocoa
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Add the eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 minutes until creamy, then add the sugar and mix for another 5 minutes.
Next, add the oil and sift the remaining ingredients. Blend with the food processor on the lowest speed until smooth. Bake at 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Finally, do the stick test to check if the cake is done.
Coffee butter cream
500 g butter at room temperature
400 g sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp instant coffee.
Beat 500 g butter until creamy, then add condensed milk and beat for another 2 minutes, and finally add 2 tablespoons of instant
