Mint Chocolate Layered Brownies

Let ganache set for 20 minutes or chill the finished recipe 30 minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
For clean cutting, use a very sharp large knife, wiping the knife off with a paper towel between each cut.

NOTES

Room Temperature – Best served at room temperature or just slightly chilled!
Refrigerator – Store brownies in the refrigerator in a sealed container for about 4-5 days. Let them sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before serving.
Freezing – To freeze brownies, cut and wrap individually and place them in a ziplock bag or a sealed container.
