INGREDIENTS
Brownies
Brownies baked and cooled in 9×9 pan Use brownie mix according to box instructions for 8×8 or 9×9 pan – Double filling and ganache for 9×13 recipe
Mint Cream Layer
½ cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
optional: 1-2 drops liquid or gel green food coloring
Chocolate Ganache
½ cup unsalted butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
