Maritozzi: the recipe for soft, sweet rolls filled with whipped cream

Maritozzi with cream are very soft, sweet brioches, typical of Roman pastry, usually eaten for breakfast . These are delicious sweet buns made with a leavened dough made with flour, eggs, milk, sugar, oil, honey, citrus peel and vanilla extract.
