Marble cake, not too loose – not too juicy, perfect!

Ingredients

300 g butter
275 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
3 egg(s)
1 pinch(s) salt
1 dash of rum (alternatively orange juice for children)

500 g flour
1 pack baking powder
⅛ liter milk
30 g cocoa powder
25 g sugar
3 tbsp milk
fat for the shape

preparation

Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the butter until fluffy, gradually add 275 g sugar (if necessary less) and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs, a pinch of salt and a dash of rum or orange juice for children.
