Ingredients
2 large apples
4 egg(s)
250 g sugar
200 ml oil
100 ml milk or juice
1 pack baking powder
300 g flour
preparation
Prepare the dough: Mix eggs with sugar until foamy, add oil and liquid. Sift flour with baking powder and then stir in. You don’t need a mixer for this, it can be done very quickly with a whisk.
Peel 2 apples, core them and cut them into thin slices. Line a round cake tin with a layer of apple slices and spread half the dough on top. Place the remaining apple slices on top and spread the remaining dough on top.
