Lemon Sorbet Pudding

This recipe is for refreshing! Super tasty Lemon Sorvetão Pudding, simple and easy to prepare, with a special syrup that makes your mouth water!!!

INGREDIENTS

100g white chocolate
1 box of cream (200g)
Pudding
2 boxes of condensed milk (790g)
2 boxes of cream (400g)
1 glass (American type) of lemon juice (200ml)
Lemon zest

preparation

1. Preparing the syrup:
In a microwave-safe container, place the white chocolate and melt it in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring well after each interval.
Once melted, mix the cream until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy syrup.

Pour the syrup into the mold, spreading it well to cover the bottom evenly.
Place the mold in the freezer so that the syrup remains cold and firm.
