Layered wafers

Cut the wafers into the shape of the form (mine is 24 x 24 cm). Secure the form with food foil and place one wafer at the bottom. Pour the gooseberry-flavored mixture and put it in the fridge until it hardens. Then pour the thickening strawberry jelly.

Dissolve the forest fruit flavored jelly in 3/4 cup of water and leave to cool completely. Whip the remaining cream until stiff and at the end slowly pour in the cold jelly, mixing all the time. Pour the mass onto the thickened strawberry jelly. Place the second wafer and press lightly. Put in the fridge for at least a few hours. Serve cut into smaller wafers.
