Layered wafers

Layered wafers with cream-based jelly. A wonderful dessert that you can prepare in just a few moments. I guarantee you that children will eat them and adults will remember their childhood. The waffles are light and delicate with a foam filling between strawberry jelly.

You can prepare waffles with your favorite jelly flavors, you can compose and change them however you like.

Once made, they can stay in the fridge for up to several days. Just wrap them in foil so that as little air gets in as possible.

Layered waffles are a dessert that you can easily make without any major problems. They have a very interesting appearance and beautiful colors. It will work well in summer, but also in winter. The waffles are very light and you can eat even several of them. Nice as an addition to the main dessert.

We usually remember wafers layered several times with chocolate mass, which is quite rich. However, here it is completely different. Delicious, light and not too sweet.

INTERLAPPED WAFFERS

INGREDIENTS:

1 strawberry jelly
1 gooseberry jelly
1 forest fruit jelly
500 ml whipping cream 30%

cake wafers, square

Dissolve the strawberry jelly according to the instructions on the package. Let cool and put in the fridge until it starts to set.
Dissolve the gooseberry jelly in 3/4 cup of water and leave to cool completely. Beat 250 ml of cream until stiff, then very slowly pour in the cold jelly (while mixing).
