Jam cones Rogaliki

INGREDIENTS

400 g wheat flour type 405
1 teaspoon of baking powder heaped
50g sugar​
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

200 g sour cream
200 g softened butter
200 g plum jam or other jam
some powdered sugar for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

First, flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt are mixed together in a mixing bowl.
Next, add the sour cream and the soft butter and knead everything into a firm dough using the dough hook of the hand mixer or food processor.

The dough then needs to rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. To do this, you can wrap it in cling film.
After the resting time, the dough is divided into two parts. Each piece is then rolled out into a circle. When rolled out, the dough should be about 3 – 4 mm thick.

Then divide the circle into 12 parts using a knife or a pizza cutter (as if you were cutting a cake into pieces). A small incision of about 0.5 cm is made in the middle of the wider part.
Then add a teaspoon of the plum jam or jam to the wider parts of each section.
