JAFFA CAKE: According to an old recipe, the taste is fantastic

Ingredients

For crusts

– 450 g flour t400 soft
– 100 g sugar
– 1 Docel baking powder
– 150 g fat or margarine
– 1 dl milk
– 1 egg

For the filling

– orange 400 ml of orange juice (juice is best)
– 1 vanilla pudding
– 3 tablespoons of sugar a little orange extract
– 125 g of margarine

For the filling

– chocolate
– 350 ml milk
– 1 Pudding chocolate with pieces of Dolcela orange
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– 100 g of chocolate

– 125 g of margarine glaze
– 100 g of chocolate
– 3 tablespoons of sugar
– 3 tablespoons of water
– 50 g of margarine

Preparation

First cook the fillings For the orange filling:

Put 300 ml of juice with sugar and extract on the stove to boil, stir the pudding into the rest and add it to the boiled juice and cook a thick filling. Leave to cool, add whipped margarine to the cooled mixture.

For the chocolate filling:

Put about 250 ml of milk to boil with sugar, in the rest mix the pudding and cook the thick filling, then remove from the heat and add the chocolate, knead until it melts, beat the margarine into the cooled filling.

While the fillings are cooling, make the crusts:

Knead the dough from the mass, which is soft and non-sticky, (stick to the ingredients I mentioned, if by any chance the dough is still a little sticky, add very little flour), divide into 5 dumplings.
