Invisible French Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
100g sugar​
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
50 g butter melted

200 ml milk at room temperature
100 g wheat flour type 405
1 teaspoon of baking powder heaped
½ tsp cinnamon
900 g tart apples , e.g. B. Variety “Elstar”
some powdered sugar for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

First, the apples are peeled, quartered and cored.
The apple pieces are then sliced ​​very thinly (1 – 2 mm). When you cut the apples into slices with a knife, you should make sure that the slices are as thin as possible.

To make the dough, first mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.
Next, stir in the melted butter and room temperature milk.
Flour, baking powder and cinnamon are then added and stirred into the liquid ingredients to create a relatively liquid, lump-free dough.
