INDIAN CAKE

– 01 can or box of condensed milk;
– 500ml of milk;
– 01 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch);
– 02 sifted egg yolks;
– 01 tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine;
– 01 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

CREAM PREPARATION METHOD:

– In a pan, place all the ingredients and stir constantly until it thickens.
– With the cake and cream completely cold, cut the cake in half, fill with half the cream and use the other part as frosting.
– Sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste to decorate and it’s ready.
