INGREDIENTS
500 g wheat flour (more if necessary)
1 cube yeast
2 teaspoons salt
250 ml lukewarm water
100 ml lukewarm milk
2 teaspoons sugar
Oil for deep-frying
200 g grated cheese
200 g sour cream
200 g sour cream
3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
For the garlic cream:
Mix sour cream and sour cream in a bowl. Finely chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press and add it to the mixture. Stir the cream thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. The cream should sit in the fridge for at least an hour to intensify the flavors.
For the Langos dough:
Water and milk should be warmed slightly so that they are pleasantly lukewarm. Crumble the yeast into a small bowl and stir together with the lukewarm milk and sugar until smooth. Put the flour in a larger bowl, add the yeast milk and lukewarm water and mix everything into a homogeneous dough.
