Herb folded bread

Grease the loaf pan
Roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 40 x 30 cm),
spread the herb butter on top and cut the dough into approx. 10 cm wide strips.
Fold the strips like an accordion and place them upright (butter facing up) in the loaf pan.
Cover the loaf pan and let it rise for another 30-60 minutes.
Place the folded bread in the cold oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 220 degrees
