Grandma’s tear cake

Ingredients

For the dough:
200 g flour
100 g sugar
70 g butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder

For the topping:
500 g quark
150 g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack vanilla pudding powder

1 egg
2 egg yolks
250 ml cream
250 ml milk
150 ml oil

For the icing :
2 egg whites
6 tbsp powdered sugar

preparation

Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients.

Line the bottom of a 26mm springform pan with baking paper and grease the edge.

Roll out the dough, put it in the springform pan and press the dough up along the pan.
