Grandma’s favorite cake – tastes divine!

Ingredients:

5 eggs
1 pinch of salt
150g sugar
50g water
110g flour
40g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

Ingredients

120g sugar
40 g corn starch
Vanilla
500 ml milk
150 g butter (room temperature)
milk (for syrup)

Ingredients 

1 chocolate bar
40 gr

Preparation:

1. First, crack the eggs in a bowl. We add a pinch of salt and sugar and mix until we obtain a foamy and light composition, then add water, and add sifted flour together with the cocoa powder and baking powder little by little (with a spatula and circular movements from top to bottom).

2. Now we put the dough on a 20 cm tray lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
After baking, remove the baking sheet, remove the baking paper and let the top cool on a wire rack. Then cut the top into 3 equal parts.
