Ingredients
For the sponge cake:
200 g flour
200 g butter
200 g sugar
150 g dark chocolate
4 eggs
1 bundle of heating powder
For the topping:
200 g dark chocolate
140 g butter
8 cl liquid cream
Preparation
1. Mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes lighter, then add the flour and the preparation powder and mix well.
2. Soften the chocolate and butter in the microwave for 1 minute, then pour into the main mixture and stir.
3. Pour the arrangement into a buttered and floured cake tin and heat at 170°C for 40 minutes.
