Gingerbread layered with fudge filling

Ingredients

300 g of wheat flour
130 g of butter
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of gingerbread spice
2 tablespoons of plum jam
1 heaping tablespoon of cocoa
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of grain coffee
2 teaspoons of baking soda
Icing
60 ml heavy cream
20 g of cocoa
20 g of butter
20 g of sugar
1 tablespoon of gelatin
Additionally
1 small can of fudge mixture

Preparation

1. Melt the butter in a pot. Then add sugar and mix until combined.
2. Add cinnamon, cocoa, gingerbread spice and plum jam. Mix and remove from burner.
3. After a few minutes, add milk, beaten eggs, ground coffee and baking soda. Mix everything vigorously with a spoon.
4. Finally, while stirring constantly, gradually add the sifted flour.
