3. Then put the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven. Bake on the lowest shelf for approx. 15-20 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the dough rest briefly. Let cool down.

4. Now while the dough is in the oven, prepare the cream:

Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water. Mix the yoghurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and curd and stir half of the blueberries into the cream.
