Ingredients:
For the dough
10 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence)
100g sugar
50 ml sunflower oil
50g butter
340g flour
10g baking powder
For the cream:
200 g peaches in syrup -400 ml milk
10 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence) -1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons sugar -4 tablespoons
Corn starch -200 ml cream – almond slices (for decorating)
Preparation:
Dough:
1. So, just put the eggs in a container and then add the vanilla sugar or vanilla essence. Add 100g sugar and 50ml oil, then beat the mixture to incorporate.
2. Then add the butter and mix again. Add flour and baking powder and mix with your hands until a soft, smooth dough forms.
3. Take 1/4 of the dough, put it in a bag and put it in the freezer.
4. Now put the remaining dough into a previously buttered and floured form. Then form a base and arrange it on the sides of the mold. Cover and then place in the fridge while we prepare the cream. Cream preparation
