Fanta cake with plum jam and sour cream recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs he
250g sugar​
1 pack of vanilla sugar
125 ml oil
150 ml lemonade Fanta
250 g flour

3 teaspoons of baking powder
½ glass of plum jam
200 g sour cream
200g whipped cream
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 handful of hazelnut brittle

Instructions

Mix the first 7 ingredients for the dough, spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.
