Fan-fried potatoes with cheese from the oven

Ingredients:

4 pcs. potatoes (waxy)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of paprika powder
As desired Cheese

Preparation

For oven fan potatoes with cheese, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
Make unpeeled cuts about 3/4 deep every 5 mm.
Cut cheese into thin strips about as thick as the potato cuts are deep.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven).
Place the potatoes in a roasting pan and let them cook in the oven with the lid closed for about 45 minutes.
