EXTRA FINE CAKE IN 15 MINUTES

Ingredients:

– 1 cup (2 dcl)
– 3 whole eggs
– 1 cup of semolina
– 1 cup of milk
– 3 spoons of sharp flour
– 1/2 baking powder
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 1 cup of ground walnuts
– 3 pickled apples finely grated
– 1/2 cups of oil
For the filling:

– 1/2 liter of sweet cream

Preparation:

Soak semolina in milk and let it stand for 15 minutes. Mix all the ingredients well, add semolina soaked in milk and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until the sponge cake separates from the pan.
