Grease the baking paper with oil or butter and line the cake mold.
Pour the cake mixture into the mold and gently tap it several times on the kitchen counter, so that the air bubbles come out of the mixture.
Place the mold on the pan into which you previously poured hot water. Bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, then another 15 at 160 degrees, then turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for another 15 minutes.
When the cake is ready, let it cool completely before cutting it. You can also sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
