Ingredients for Japanese Souffle Cheesecake
Necessary equipment: 15 cm round cake tin, electric mixer.
Ingredients:
– 3 eggs
– 120 g of white or dark chocolate
– 120 g of softened cream cheese
Instruction:
Heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Place the chocolate in a large metal bowl, then melt it in a steamer over a pan of simmering water.
Add the cream cheese to the chocolate and mix well. Remove the mixture from the steam and stir in three egg yolks.
In a large bowl, beat three egg whites until stiff.
Add a third of the snow to the cream cheese mixture and carefully fold in with a spatula.
Then repeat the process two more times until you have mixed in all the snow.
